SEEKING: Assistant Manager of Sales Services

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Manager of Sales Services is responsible for supporting the Assistant Directors and the goals of Arena Stage. This position will maintain the day-to-day functions of a busy sales office. Responsibilities include: Assisting Directors with training Sales Associates; supervising staff in the absence of management team members; maintaining efficient operations of the Sales Office at all times; daily will call preparation including but not limited to: batch printing tickets, assigning house seats, and communicating with House Management Staff; and completing projects as assigned by the Assistant Directors

REQUIREMENTS: Ticketing background desired; strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multi-task several projects as assigned; computer literate; customer service background required. 1-2 years of customer service experience, previous box office experience; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multi-task several projects as assigned; solid computer skills. Evening and weekend hours are required.
