SEEKING: Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre

REQUIREMENTS: A completed MFA in musical theatre or theatre is required, however, consideration will be given to ABD candidates within one year of completion and/or those with a minimum of ten years of significant professional experience in the area of musical theatre. The successful candidate must provide evidence of at least two years of successful college teaching experience and departmental service along with demonstrated professional level artistry in the area(s) of acting, stage direction, musical direction, and/or choreographic direction. As WCSU is a dynamic, diverse workplace, the proven ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures is highly valued. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
