Assistant to the General Manager – National Artists Management Company

WHO: NAMCO, a 5 time Tony-Award winning production office with shows running on Broadway, West End, plus domestic and international touring companies

SEEKING: An assistant for our General Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assistant will be responsible for keeping the General Manager organized and apprised of deadlines; maintaining casting calendars and production schedules; drafting internal and external communications; liaising with multiple Company Managers; and maintaining itineraries for creatives on various projects currently running and in pre-production. The ideal candidate will posses the ability to multi-task and prioritize while remaining extremely accurate and organized.

Position provides all administrative assistance including, but not limited to, editing and proofreading of financial and legal documents, comprehensive filing and record keeping, phones, maintaining professional and personal calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, submitting expenses and working closely with all office and personal staff.

REQUIREMENTS: This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the theatre and/or administrative fields will be contacted for interviews. Work experience and background will be strongly considered.

COMPENSATION: Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefit package includes medical, pension and 401K.
