SEEKING: Sales/administrative/education Associate 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning Group Sales Systems; Implement and Monitor Strategic Daily Plan; Cull and Nurture relationships with high volume clientele for maximum sales and customer retention; Maintain, manage and track customer contact information and cumulative sales data; Spend minimum of 50% of time engaged in proactive, outbound sales activity aimed and building clientele in key target areas or selling company programs and services; Maintain strong positive relations with Senior SL Staff and its show colleagues in operations, marketing, house management, box office, general management and press public relations that SL is integrated with; Assist President of StudentsLive in connecting with educational and target market partners to forge productive working relationships; Assist at client parties, receptions and events as warranted; Work creatively with SL and show colleagues and industry figures to build SL’s national and global brand in entertainment ticket sales and interactive and education programming; Project-managing multiple simultaneous workshops

REQUIREMENTS: Proven previous experience of successfully managing multiple administrative and production tasks; First-hand knowledge of Theater/Broadway Theater; Excellent oral/written communication skills; Excellent computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel; Excellent organization skills (record-keeping, ability to organize work and communications according to a minute-by-minute, detailed schedule; Ability to work in a fast-paced, comprehensive, goal/detail/deadline-oriented, high-standards environment; Must be able to follow direction, respond maturely and graciously to the demands and pressure of the company’s high professional, educational standards and ethics; Must be a fast learner; possess flexibility/adaptability to daily changes
