SEEKING: Assistant Office Manager

RESPONSIBLITIES:  The AOM will be an integral part of the office management team, concentrating on the general upkeep of this fast-paced office. Duties include, but are not limited to accounts payable/receivable, managing intern staff, covering Reception, wrap reports, house seats, equipment maintenance and assisting the Office Management Staff and General Managers. This candidate will also be responsible for the upkeep of IT in the office, including hardware troubleshooting, set-up of new computers, and maintaining accounts with tech vendors. Knowledge of PC Hardware, Mac Hardware, Microsoft Office Software, Virus Protection, etc… a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:  Applicants should be self-motivated, detailed oriented, and able to handle a variety of projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Word and Excel is also required.

WHEN: Start 8/2/10

PAY: Entry-level salary & health benefits
