SEEKING: Part-time Audience Services Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manning a dedicated Subscriber Services Hotline, processing mail and phone subscription orders, database entry, distributing tickets at The Pearl’s performance venue, and handling customer seating concerns
REQUIREMENTS: This person must be able to work independently, multi-task, have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with the public and have a positive attitude. Applicants should have prior box office/customer service experience; knowledge of ProVenue and/or Tessitura a plus.
