We’re looking for a Billing Associate to join our Finance Department reporting directly to the Billing Manager.
This position will suit a hard-working, organized, and enthusiastic individual. You should LOVE details and take pride in your work, because this job is about the details. You will work fairly autonomously, but you will have guidance whenever it is needed.
Key job responsibilities include:
-Addressing client inquiries in conjunction with our Client Services team
-Resolving billing issues/discrepancies
-Preparation/recording of QuickBooks related information
-Working on special projects
We’re looking for someone with an interest and/or experience working in the arts/nonprofit industry who has:
-Complete fluency with Microsoft Excel
-Experience or involvement with Accounting (QuickBooks or other systems) is preferred by not required. (We’ll train the right person!). -Working knowledge of accounting
This is an entry-level position; recent college grads are encouraged to apply. Full health insurance paid 100% by company and 401K offered.
