SEEKING: Box Office Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: To lead the team of Customer Service representatives, provide administrative support for the Patron Services sales team and oversee the efficient staffing of the customer service staff at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:  The ideal candidate for this position should excel at customer service and have strong sales and management experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, 1-3 years of customer service experience, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) familiarity with ticket systems a plus. Evening/weekend hours required.
