Casting Coordinator/ Studio Manager

SEEKING: One on One NYC, a well-established casting studio and school for actors in New York City, is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Studio Manager/Coordinator.Go to www.OneonOneNYC.com to learn about the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily schedule for 6 studio rooms, studio changeovers, workflow and customer service. Coordinator for all casting space rentals. Includes booking space, invoicing, and customer relations. Set up video and audio equipment for castings. Organizational skills and take charge initiative a must. Maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals. 

REQUIREMENTS: This is a full-time position with room to grow. 2-5 years related experience preferred.Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Experience with Mac platform. Friendly and accommodating customer service skills are key! Working knowledge of the entertainment industry and tech experience preferred.

PAY: Starting Salary low 30s with benefits and commissions.
