SEEKING: Creative Development Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Creative Development Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Video and Music & Sound departments and work on special projects. Experience in the video and/or audio production world is highly preferred. Responsibilities of this role include maintaining the calendars for the Creative Directors of Video and Music & Sound, scheduling meetings, note-taking, coordinating recording sessions, arranging domestic and international travel, managing expense reports and petty cash, and serving as a liaison between various departments at Blue Man Productions. This person also oversees the interns in each studio. In addition, the Creative Development Coordinator will assist on various special projects.
REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years experience is required, preferably in a creative environment, with a focus on video and audio production. Candidates must be detail oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be motivated self-starters who are able to multi-task within a busy work environment. Experience using word processing, spreadsheets, and email software is required for this role.
