Customer Representative – Amateur Licensing – Music Theatre International

WHO: Music Theatre International

SEEKING: Music Theatre International, a leader in the theatrical licensing industry, is seeking a Customer Representative in our amateur licensing department. It is an entry level position with growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Heavy phone, email and fax contact with customers.
-Handling complaints/problem solving
-Cross product knowledge and information
-Scanning paperwork
-Identifying "preferred" customers
-Additionally some travel may be required to various conferences, usually 2-4 times per year.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Excellent customer service & problem solving skills
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-Highly organized, self motivated, with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a deadline oriented, multi-tasking environment
-Punctual, courteous and telephone friendly, occasionally under pressure
-Knowledge of MTI catalog, MTI websites, MTI theatrical resources and musical theatre preferred
-Proficient in Windows based computer environment (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)as well as the ability to master new software

PAY: Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
