SEEKING: An intern/part-time employee for data entry.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Preliminary duties will include cataloging old data files and burning archival DVDs of files, scanning documents, converting documents to PDF, cropping of photos. One component of the work will involve performing research and writing plot synopses and proof-reading, so excellent writing skills are essential. Accuracy, speed and attention to detail are absolutely necessary.
WHERE: Location is in Woodside, Queens, conveniently located near the 7 Subway line (Woodside-61st St station).
WHEN: Hours are flexible and will be a minimum of 15-20 hours initially. Work will begin in May and last through August-September.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Thorough experience with Photoshop and Microsoft Office (essential)
-Strong interest and knowledge in theatre
-Excellent written English skills
NOTES: Candidates should have a hard-copy resume and be available for the interview process. At the interview, candidate may be asked to take several tests to evaluate written English and image processing skills as well as speed and accuracy.
