SEEKING: Full-time Director of Development
RSEPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Director, Artistic Director, and the Board of Directors to define and achieve the organization’s fundraising goals through donor cultivation and solicitation planning, private and government grants, fundraising events, and other contributed income-generating activities. Transport Group expects to achieve a significant level of growth over the next 3 years.
REQUIREMENTS: Passionate theatre-lover and professional, ideally familiar with TG’s productions- Familiarity with foundations, corporations, and individuals that support theatre- Experience in creating and implementing fundraising strategies and achieving fundraising goals; grant writing; fundraising events; managing and supporting solicitations

PAY: $40,000
