Evening Studio Manager / Coordinator

SEEKING: A well-established casting studio and school for actors in New York City, is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Evening Studio Manager/Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage front office staff schedules, workflow, and customer service. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and maintain office flow. Organizational skills and take charge initiative a must. Maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals. Working knowledge of the entertainment industry. Experience with Mac platform. FRIENDLY and accommodating customer service skills are key! Anticipate client needs and effectively communicate. Knowledge of video and audio equipment is a must. Monday – Thursday 5:30PM – 10:30PM.
REQUIREMENTS: This is a part-time position with room to grow. 1-3 years related experience preferred.
