The Field Station is currently seeking a part-time Group Sales Associate (about 25 hours/week). This position is located in our Bloomfield Office. Field Station: Dinosaurs is a new outdoor dinosaur park in Secaucus. The Group Sales Associate will be responsible for working with group leaders to organize group trips to the Field Station.

Responsibilities include –
Processing group sales requests received via phone, mail, fax, email and assisting with invoicing.

Communicating with group sales ticket buyers.

Working with our marketing director to contact potential groups that will visit our parks including, but not limited to schools, camps, and community organizations.

Maintaining and updating a database of current and potential group sales contacts.

Maintain a group sales line with timely callbacks.

Knowledge and essential skills –

Interest in Sales; prior knowledge or experience in these areas is required.

Comfortable with patron engagement, have an excellent attitude and demeanor on the phones and in-person.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
