Marketing/Administrative Assistant for Broadway Fantasy Camp

Description:

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Broadway. They must be detailed-oriented and accurate maintaining names and numbers. Must have excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. Must also possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task, quickly learn and have strong recall in a fast-paced work environment. Must be professional and comfortable when engaging with vendors and clients.

Duties will include:

Maintain and create content for Broadway Fantasy Camp social media accounts, with focus on Facebook and Twitter
Edit, resize, and archive photos using iPhoto, or Preview, or other basic program
Keep content of databases current
Maintain lists and contacts
Create flyers and gift certificates
Write/edit promotional material
Conduct general research and create/update spreadsheets
Support other staff in various projects
Daily office and administrative duties
Basic iMovie editing
Maintain Google AdWords campaign
Analyze and create Google AdWords and Google Analytics statistics and reports
Cold call various organizations
*Must be proficient with:
Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, WordPress, ChimpMail

Compensation: $10/hour. Must be available Monday-Friday, 3-4 hours/day, during traditional business hours.
Candidate must be available through end of 2012.
