WHO: The Foundry Theatre

SEEKING: The award-winning Foundry Theatre www.thefoundrytheatre.org seeks to fill a new managerial position in the company. This position will launch the first phase in the company’s staff transition to a shared leadership model that reflects our multi-dimensional mission and dual programmatic activities. We are seeking applicants with a minimum of five years management experience in a non-profit performing arts or social justice organization (preferably in NYC) who are interested in building, exploring and working within a collaborative structure. A passion for theatre, art and innovative artistic practice, an affinity for progressive social justice work, strong writing skills, experience with budgeting and finances (Excel & Quickbooks), contracts, fundraising, long term planning and social media — all skills are shared by current Foundry staff — are required. Talent/experience with collaborative working environments is a big plus. We are especially interested in candidates fluent in other languages (esp.
