SEEKING: Production Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Production Administrator provides support to the Production and Operations Departments for all shows and events at The Public Theater and Shakespeare in the Park and is responsible for many aspects of the daily office operations. Tasks include but are not limited to: managing a database of all purchases, processing invoices and communicating with vendors, distributing and tracking petty cash, assisting with payroll, distributing and tracking security cards, covering phones and drafting letters, and scheduling all spaces within the Public Theater building.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be self-motivated, extremely organized, and comfortable working with numbers. Hectic, fast-paced environment. Full-time, year-round with benefits.
