SEEKING: Publicity & Office Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Publicity & Office Assistant is responsible for answering phones and fielding inquiries from local and national media, compilation of daily press breaks, data base updates and maintenance, social media development and outreach, general office support, etc.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should be seeking entry-level employment and have an interest in theatrical publicity.

WHEN: The position is full-time and would require a commitment from October 1, 2012 – January 20, 2013, with a possibility for extended employment based on need and performance.
