SEEKING: Special Events Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Special Events intern will work on the
preparation and execution of The Drama League’s 2011 Benefit Gala on Monday
February 7, 2011. Duties will include securing donations for and assembling
auction / raffle prizes and gift bags, helping with invitation and
informational mailings, data entry, and more. This Intern will also be expected
to provide basic office support for the Special Events Manager.


• An outgoing individual with people,
communication and phone skills.

• Basic computer skills

• An eye for details

• Must be an independent self-starter with the ability to work
productively under pressure

• Sense of humor a must

WHEN: 20 hours/week from October to mid-December and 20 hours/week from
January 3rd to February 7th.
