SEEKING: Advertising Sales Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES: To cultivate and generate new and existing ad sales business through direct sales for Abingdon Theatre’s 2010/2011 production season programs. This is an excellent opportunity for self-starter to take a leadership role while collaborating with senior sales/marketing staff.
REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidates will have at least two (2) years sales experience, be comfortable and confident interacting with client’s in-person and on the phone, not be afraid to pursue cold leads and be able to see all sales through from initial contact to finalization of contracts and payment. Love of theatre and knowledge of Abingdon Theatre Company, Midtown and the Garment District a plus. Must be outgoing, confident, friendly and detail oriented. Must have ability to travel locally on sales calls.
