Sound Engineer- George Street Playhouse
WHO: George Street Playhouse, an active LORT C theatre
SEEKING: Experienced individual to engineer the remainder of their season.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Collecting plot and paper work from designers, prepping the show package (including rentals), gathering and supervising crews for speaker hang and focus, programming and running console for tech week and show calls, departmental budgeting.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience on multi-track recording, mixing and mastering, programming and operation of QLab sound playback software, design and sound reinforcement systems, and equipment trouble shooting and repair. Pleasant disposition helpful.
WHEN: Position stars ASAP and runs through June 12th.
PAY: Weekly salary based on experience. Benefits available.
