SEEKING: AEA Company New York Stage and Film seeks Sound Supervisor for 2012 Powerhouse Season of new plays at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Season includes 2-3 fully-produced mainstage productions, 2-3 musical workshops, 2-3 play workshops, and 8-10 readings. Sound Supervisor oversees all aspects of Sound Department, including interfacing with mainstage sound designers and other artists, sound package purchase, loading in system, changing over, maintaining equipment, and managing assistant and interns. May include some design opportunities for workshops.
REQUIREMENTS: Previous Sound Supervisor experience required.
WHEN: 6/10/2012 – 8/5/2012
PAY: Weekly salary and free on campus housing provided June through early August.
