Broadway Grosses* w/e 12/18/2016
Greetings Gross Fans!
We’re up again from last year–I love seeing that little plus sign down at the bottom! In fact, we are up from last year in everything…except attendance. Without the new high priced tickets Broadway is putting out these days, those numbers wouldn’t have been quite as strong as they are now.
In fact, even though we beat last year’s numbers, we’re actually down from last week. That’s probably because we didn’t have as many holiday shoppers in visiting us like last week when the Rockefeller tree was first lit. So although quite a few shows experienced a bit of a dip, we’re still on an upward trend from last year. Can’t wait to see how we end 2016!
