Broadway Grosses w/e 4/14/2019: It’s Gettin’ Hot As Hades
With two fewer shows on the board this week, Broadway grosses remained steady thanks to the traction that many of this season’s big musicals are gaining.
Hadestown, which opens tomorrow, was SRO at 81% of gross potential at the Kerr. Beetlejuice and Tootsie took in decent numbers for their early previews, selling 59% and 55% of gross potential, respectively.
