SEEKING: Realtime Music Solutions, a music technology company at the forefront of instrument development, orchestra enhancement and other technological resources for theatre, seeks experienced music/programming staff to assist with its accelerating growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties will touch upon many of the core aspects of the business, including content development, feature testing, quality assurance, administration, fulfillment and tech support.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be excellent musicians with an affinity for technology. Extensive experience in a variety of music applications is mandatory, particularly sequencing and sampling. Applicants must be fluent in at least one MIDI sequencing program (preferably Digital Performer), with a minimum five-year track record of developing large, sophisticated, detailed sequences. A short MIDI sequencing exercise will be a component of the application process. Skills in Macintosh, Linux, and various computer scripting environments are a plus.
Stellar communication and organizational skills are essential. Applicants must demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment. Looking for ambitious, proactive, problem-solving personalities.

PAY: Salary range: $40,000-$45,000 (depending on experience) plus health insurance and performance-based bonus. Room for growth.
