Production Manager – Williamstown Theatre Festival

Williamstown Theatre Festival
SEEKING:
The Williamstown Theatre Festival seeks a Production Manager. The Production Manager reports to the Artistic Director and coordinates with the General Manager, Producer, and Director of Finance and Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating the physical production of all Festival programs and plays.
Creating, maintaining and overseeing all production budgets
Hiring and contracting all designers and production department heads
Supervising all design staff and production department heads.
Overseeing the hiring of all production staff and interns
Overseeing the use of Festival facilities, rented equipment, Festival fleet, and Williams college facilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to a safe and positive working environment.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access. FileMaker, and CAD/Vectorworks
PAY:
Salary is DOE.
