Load up the family car! The Griswolds are heading out on their next big vacation!

My new musical, The Griswolds’ Broadway Vacation (yep, it’s the next chapter in the Vacation movie franchise – but as a musical) will make its debut this fall at Seattle’s 5th Avenue Theatre starting September 10, 2022. 

You may remember that we were scheduled to do this way back in 2020, but then, you know, a pandemic happens.

What we ADDED during the last couple years was a second stop . . . at Houston’s Theatre Under The Stars starting October 25, 2022.

Oh, we also added new songs, new jokes, more fun and more creative team members!  

The comedic duo that brought you The Other Josh Cohen, David Rossmer and Steve Rosen, have written the book, music, and lyrics for this new musical comedy. Jason Sherwood is the Scenic Designer, with costumes by Tina McCartney, lighting by Jeff Croiter, and sound by Kai Harada. The music arrangements are by Glen Kelly with music supervision and additional arrangements by Greg Anthony Rassen. 

And Canadian wonder-woman, Donna Feore, is our Director and Choreographer.

I can’t wait for you to see it.  

Yes, the show will come to Broadway . . . but until then, come out to Seattle or Houston and get a glimpse of it before it comes here.  Because I want to hear what you think!
