Office Manager – Lincoln Center Theater

POSITION: Office Manager

DESCRIPTION: Position available for June 24th start date in Lincoln Center Theater’s Facilities department.
Responsibilities include:

-Administering teldata and security systems for three theaters, their common areas, support spaces and administrative offices.
-Coordinating with IT departments to maintain and coordinate teldata infrastructure.
-Scheduling and supervising the maintenance of all office and hospitality equipment.
-Maintaining an inventory of office, house-keeping and hospitality supplies for an administrative staff of 75 and multiple performing companies.
-Scheduling and coordinating reception staff and functions including shipping, receiving and distribution of parcels and mail.
-Maintaining balances and billings for any metered services utilized or supplied by Lincoln Center Theater.
-Maintaining contracts, lease agreements, and vendor relations for all teldata, security, and office equipment.
-Contributing to the development and maintenance of an organization-wide scheduling system that reflects productions, special events, meetings, building access, staffing, rentals and other activities.
-Other duties to be assigned as required.

The position requires the ability to work with a mix of personnel and functions. The individual must be able to work collaboratively with other departments to integrate administrative systems and services with their activities. Familiarity and ease with word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling and networking software is required. Prior experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Avaya phone systems, IT troubleshooting, and network infrastructure a plus.
