POSITION: Assistant to the Executive Vice President
DESCRIPTION: Jujamcyn Theaters is currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified individual to manage day-to-day operations and special projects for the Executive Vice President’s office.
1. Administrative Support: Provide high level administrative support to the EVP including calendar management, booking travel, scheduling and meeting coordination, heavy phone coverage, drafting letter and email correspondence, managing expense reports and reimbursements, document filing and general organization of the office as well as other administrative tasks as needed, including managing house seat requests. This position will also provide backup phone coverage for the reception desk.
2. Project Support: In addition to the handling the day-to-day administrative support for the EVP this position will be the point person for varies special projects including managing office events. This position will also be responsible for managing the Jujamcyn Theaters archives, coordinating university lecture engagements for the EVP as well as assisting in creating the annual departmental budget.

We seek candidates with 2-3 years of strong executive assistant experience managing a Sr. Executive, preferably in a creative or entertainment company. This person will have a working knowledge of current Broadway theaters, shows and key industry members.
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to assess and prioritize work assignments and manage tasks through to completion.
Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with staff and external contacts.
Works well in a team environment but is also self-directed.
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Ability to manage multiple phone lines and has a friendly phone demeanor.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
