POSITION: Producer
DESCRIPTION: Voicetheatre, www.voicetheatre.org is seeking a producer to co-produce the 3rd Annual Spring Play Reading Series in May, (plays and directors already selected) and to produce Voicetheatre’s next main stage production; Our Country’s Good by Timberlake Wertenbaker for an October opening. Both productions will take place at our new venue, Theatre at St John’s at 81 Christopher Street, New York, NY.
Responsibilities include: staff and ensemble management, press releases, some box office management, working with development director, delegating interns and working with our two other producers.
Further projects include, Legacy by Shauna Kanter for an October opening in 2015 and a possible tour of another Voicetheatre production for a Texas tour in 2016.
Remuneration is by project and will be commiserate with experience.
