Greeter/Security Personnel – New World Stages
WHO: New World Stages, one of New York's premiere off-Broadway theatres
SEEKING: Greeter/Security Personnel
RESPONSIBILITIES: Greeting and assisting patrons during show time. When the box office closes up, they will begin their time working for the Time Out New York Lounge, our downstairs bar. They will check IDs and ensure the security of the patrons and fellow employees. They will be responsible for making hourly rounds and reporting any abnormalities to the Stage Door on 49th St. At the end of the evening, they will lock up and secure the building along with the Stage Door personnel on 49th St.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be comfortable working nights. Light administrative work may be
needed from time to time, so experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
is a plus.
WHEN: For immediate hire. This is a part time position. Must be available Sunday, Monday, and occasional Tuesday evenings. Will be required to under 16 hours of paid basic security training.
COMPENSATION: $15/hour
