It’s that time again: we’re looking for a few good assistants.
As you know, I don’t have interns, I have assistants, and we’re looking for our next class!
Here’s the scoop on our summer program:
- Each Assistantship lasts from May to August
- You must be willing to commit to at least 15 hours a week (weekdays and weekends are available).
- A $500 stipend is paid upon successful completion of the program
If you’re interested or know someone that may be, get a resume and cover letter to my GM, Matt Kovich at matt@davenporttheatrical.com and indicate what area of the biz you’re interested in (i.e. General Management, Marketing, Internet Marketing, etc.), and why specifically you’d like to work with us.
Podcasting
Ken created one of the first Broadway podcasts, recording over 250 episodes over 7 years. It features interviews with A-listers in the theater about how they “made it”, including 2 Pulitzer Prize Winners, 7 Academy Award Winners and 76 Tony Award winners. Notable guests include Pasek & Paul, Kenny Leon, Lynn Ahrens and more.
