SEEKING: Administrative Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:CAMI seeks a career-minded individual, with a passion for the performing arts, to fill an Administrative Assistant position in a management office specializing in the touring of a diverse roster of Music, Dance and Theatrical attractions. Prior administrative experience in performing arts/theatrical presentation, booking, management and/or production is essential, as well as a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree relating to the field.
An acute attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time is critical. Working knowledge of the performing arts and the skills necessary for the coordination of tour logistics, budgeting and accounting as well as facility with multiple languages and prior world travel are a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Engagement and Managerial Contract Administration
*Executive support to Artist Manager including heavy phones, calendar management, expense reports and coordination of business travel
*Significant Client Interaction
*Accounting as it relates to Budgeting & Issuance of Monthly Artists Statements
*Engagement and Managerial Contract Administration
*Immigration: Visa Filing and Tracking
*Engagement support including Travel and Housing Logistics
*Related Administrative support to Production Associate and Artist Manager
