WHO: Kidz Theater NYC, a professional development company for young performers currently pursuing a career in the performing arts, will be holding audition for "The Sound of Music". Kidz Theater has recently had several young performers in Broadway shows and in 2010 we were the recipients of 16 National Youth Theater Awards.

SEEKING: Young performers ages 7-18 for ALL ROLES in "The Sound of the Music". We are seeking professional level singers and actors with strong dance skills in this production.

Kidz Theater productions are FREE for those who are cast and all cast members will receive rigorous and professional level training during the rehearsals and performances.

WHEN:

AUDITIONS: Will be held June 8th and 9th by appointment only.
CALLBACKS: Will be held June 10th – 12th
REHEARSALS JUNE 17-25: Will begin June 17th and will run Tue & Fri from 6-9 and Sat from 12-8.
REHEARSALS JUNE 28-JULY 10: Will run Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat from 10am-6pm
TECH REHEARSAL/PERFORMANCES: Will run July 12-24
