WHO: JDProductions 'Bound for Broadway' Singers Showcase

SEEKING: JDProductions is seeking talent for upcoming industry invited showcases. John Forslund, casting dir.-prod.; Garrit Guadan, music dir. Shows perform weekly (Sun. evenings) year-round; rehearses and performs at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre in the West Village in NYC. This is great for performers who need performance video footage! JDProductions is NOT affiliated with SA Productions of PLP Showcases. ‘Bound for Broadway’ is proud to offer a different type of showcase in NYC, boasting a live entertainment Emcee, free professionally edited videos for the performers and a well-rehearsed diverse performance opportunity along-side many of todays brightest and biggest composers!

Seeking—Singers: male and female, 21+, all ethnicities, performers who need to market themselves and obtain free performance videos for submissions.

PAY: Performers will be required to sell tickets ranging from $10-$15 each, plus an accompanist fee ($50) is required for tech, show, and music rehearsals. Some pay (ticket sales reimbursement), plus free video copy provided. The producers are seeking both union and nonunion performers for this production, but no union contract is currently planned. Union performers should check with their union before accepting any work.
