The Lion King continued to climb, up $349K to $1.94M, its highest take since early summer, while Ragtime made an impressive start in previews at Lincoln Center’s Beaumont Theatre, grossing $978,700 from seven performances at full capacity.Waiting for Godot continued its scorching run at the Hudson, up $247K to $1.86M, once again selling out with an average paid admission of $239. Art dipped slightly ($155K) but still posted a strong $1.49M, while Aladdin rose $162K to $1.12M and MJ added $91K to reach $1.25M.
