Broadway Grosses w/e 12/15/2019: Something’s coming, something good . . .
Last week, new arrivals kept the overall box office steady at $38M. New to the boards was West Side Story which grossed $1.25M for 6 performances. In its second week of performances, Harry Connick, Jr. – A Celebration of Cole Porter grossed $1.32M for 8 performances.
Beetlejuice, which announced last week that a premature closing was coming in 2020, was SRO at the Winter Garden.
