POSITION: Evening Management Intern

DESCRIPTION: The Evening Management Intern assists the front desk of the Davenport Studios, reads scripts on behalf of the producer, and supports the Company Manager of The Awesome 80s Prom and Your Broadway Genius Street Team administratively. Preferred applicants have a background in writing and theatrical critique, interest or knowledge in current shows/writers, and strong communication and problem solving skills.

Seeking students/young professionals who are friendly, motivated and detail-oriented looking for an internship that gives an inside look into the many facets of a Broadway producing office. Learn about aspects of the theatrical business including calendar management, literary coverage, and street team management.

Join us for this unique learning opportunity. College credit is available. Looking for immediate start date. Must be available weekday evenings.

Skills and Qualifications:
•Excellent general office skills (phone, filing and e-mail)
•Knowledge of current theatrical industry
•Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and excellent communication a must.
•Reliable and responsible
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility
