POSITION: General Manager

DESCRIPTION: The Tony Award winning Utah Shakespeare Festival seeks a young dynamic General Manager to work with the Executive Director and Artistic Directors to support the vision and mission of the organization. The GM oversees the financial and business operations of the organization and assist in protecting the artistic integrity of the company through strong financial planning. The GM must exhibit the highest ethical standards in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the Festival. The GM works closely with the USF Executive Director and Southern Utah University Finance Department on all business operations. The GM supervises the Accounts Payable, Budget Officer/Accounts Receivable, Ticket Office, Personnel, Company Management, Food and Beverage, and Gift Shop.
