Here’s the thing about writing musicals.  They are super hard to do alone.  Rodgers had Hammerstein.  Kander had Ebb.  Webber had . . . well, Webber got around.

Most composers, lyricists, and book writers need collaborators to realize their dreams.  But one of the biggest questions I get asked by so many of my writer clients is . . . “How do I find someone to write with?”  It ain’t easy.  Finding someone that’s not only talented, but also as passionate as you are is almost as hard as finding someone looking for a serious relationship on Tinder.

That’s why we started Collaborator Speed Dates a few years ago . . . and they’ve been super fun, and super productive (we’ve made a ton of matches that have resulted in about a dozen new shows getting written!).  They work just like an actual speed date (come on, admit, you’ve been to one).  You’ll have a few minutes to meet each writer in the room, and then we’ll see who “goes home” with whom.

And we’re doing it again!

In fact, we’re doing it twice, because the first one is already almost sold out!

Both Speed Dates will happen at a super secret space in midtown (but one with plenty of libations).  We’ll fill you in on that location when you register.
