POSITION: Office Manager/Executive Assistant

DESCRIPTION: Daryl Roth Productions is seeking an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant who is highly organized and has the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, be self-motivated, and able to work effectively on their own. Excellent writing skills required for correspondence, emails, and script coverage. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and all Social Media platforms.

Responsibilities: all administrative, secretarial, and client services, including: graciously handle busy phones, scheduling appointments, administer calendars, handle mail, filing, order supplies, etc.

A college degree, a minimum of five years administrative experience, and a general knowledge of the commercial theatre community required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
