SEEKING: Resident General Manager at the Sharp Aquos Theatre in Orlando, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The RGM is ultimately responsible for the day to day management and development of all staff. Other responsibilities include: monitor and interpret sales and financial trends; direct marketing initiatives; serve as local financial head including overseeing accounts payable and receivable, develop and maintain financial forecast and budgets, prepare weekly financial reports; maintain all policies and procedures on a local level; monitor staffing and orientation systems; manage work environment, morale, conflict resolution; serve as liaison between BMG and theater management; partner closlly with Universal Studios Team , monitor and audit box office statements and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have strong arts management background, with an in-depth knowledge of accounting practices and procedures, and an understanding of the theatrical market in Orlando. The successful candidate will have experience running a large scale, long running theatrical production. Must have exemplary people management skills. Superb verbal and written communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, high energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit a must! The ideal candidate should have 4+ years General Management or Company Management experience. The successful candidate will have experience running a large scale, long running theatrical production.
