Who won the VIP Passes to this year’s Fringe Festival?
We had almost as many entries to this week’s contest as there are Fringe shows!
As has become a custom, you’ve come up with some super ideas for VIP perks for theatergoers. Sheryl thought car service from Penn Station would be “loverly.” (Are you listening, Uber?) Stephen thinks babysitting would encourage more theater-going for busy parents (I wrote about that here). Ethan would love a Six-Flags-like “Fast Pass” to skip the line at the door (what about one for the bathroom?). Read all the other ideas here.
But there can only be one winner of the Fringe Festival VIP Pass, so . . .
Oh wait. Scratch that. This week, we have TWO winners!
The WINNERS are . . .
Alex B.
and
Rick Reynolds!
Congratulations, you two! You just won thousands of dollars worth of Fringe Shows!
Email me to get your passes, and thanks to the Fringe for their generosity. And hey – all you producers-to-be out there, or all you producers without a project, go see a Fringe show. Or two. Or 27.
The Fringe is where I found Kevin Del Aguila, who was the final piece in the Altar Boyz creative team puzzle. And that show helped give my career the lift off it needed. So if it wasn’t for the Fringe, I wouldn’t be here blogging today.
The Fringe is a marketplace full of passionate artists. So go shopping!
