POSITION: Box Office Manager
DESCRIPTION: New York Theatre Workshop, a not-for-profit Off-Broadway theatre company, seeks Box Office Manager to oversee the box office for a 199 seat Off-Broadway theatre. Duties include: the management of the Box Office in a fast paced environment, assume the role of primary liaison with Ticket Central ticketing services, oversee box office staff including training and scheduling, generate daily reconciliation and other detailed box office reports, act as key face of NYTW to the general public and member base, troubleshoot ticketing and audience issues as they arise, and craft communication to be shared with subscriber base. Applicant must be able to effectively handle customer service for a subscription and single ticket based audience, be computer literate and be willing to work a schedule that includes some days, evenings and weekends. Audience View experience a plus.
