The week was impacted by weather-related cancellations on Sunday evening, which affected multiple productions and contributed to the overall decline. Despite the pullback, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child held the top spot at $2.57M, while Hamilton followed closely with $2.14M at 100.8% capacity. The Lion King was steady at $1.92M, essentially flat week-over-week, as Wicked dropped $408K to $1.62M after losing a performance due to the storm.

Most titles saw week-over-week declines after the holiday bump. The Great Gatsby slipped $121K to $1.15M, MJ fell $148K to $1.29M, and Moulin Rouge! The Musical dropped $162K to $1.05M. Chess saw one of the sharpest drops of the week, tumbling $803K to $785K (notably due to Lea Michele’s planned vacation absence), while Maybe Happy Ending declined $210K to $1.01M. There were a few bright spots: Hell’s Kitchen jumped $214K to $1.44M in its final week, Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical rose $150K to $1.11M at nearly 100% capacity in the final week for the original cast, and Just in Time continued to command Broadway’s highest average ticket price at $265, grossing $1.51M at 103% capacity. Compared to the same week last season, grosses were down 1.97%, reflecting both the calendar shift of Presidents’ Day and the lost performances due to weather.
