Broadway Grosses w/e 2/17/2019: More Chill, More Money.
This week, overall grosses lifted 10% thanks to the extra foot traffic from the holiday weekend. Attendance was also up just slightly and the average ticket price jumped from $100 to $120.
We added two shows to the boards, Be More Chill and Kiss Me, Kate. Both had very strong showings, the former breaking a 7-performance house record at the Lyceum.
