POSITION: Part-time Sales and Promotions Associate
Complete AP vouchers and process invoices related to general office and marketing.
Process data collected from festivals, events and promotions
Handle donation request
Manage advertising folders in preparing for ad settlement with the shows. Includes tear sheets, invoices, promotional summaries and back up for media trade
Assist Regional VP in preparing settlement folders and advertising settlements
Assist in special projects associated with individual shows
General Administrative responsibilities including office supplies, mail and other task associated with keeping the office working efficiently.
Any other special projects or duties as assigned by the Vice President
The hours for this position will be 20 hours per week.
Create and distribute marketing settlements as needed for performance weeks.
Round up missing memo bills for Atlanta ad settlements
Assist when possible/necessary in the management of season announcement event, group sales events, on sale events, festivals and opening night parties. Represent the company at various community functions, as necessary
Develop and manage promotional relationships with local business and community organizations for third-party promotion, in-kind sponsorship, POP and email share opportunities.
Increase visibility and partnership with regions arts organizations, for possible co-promotions, marketing trade and venue visibility.
Assist subscription table during engagements ( Before show and intermission) if needed
Assist with researching and scheduling event marketing opportunities
Work special events outside of the office if needed
Assist in proofing advertising materials
Assist in subscriber outreach and retention programs
