Marketing Manager – Vineyard Theatre

POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager

DESCRIPTION: Vineyard Theatre, the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning nonprofit Off-Broadway theatre company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

-Manage the implementation of marketing & ad plans
-Managing deadlines, budgets and quality, seeing each project to full execution
-Manage the company’s social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter
-Manage all Marketing reporting, ticketing, website, patron emails and patron/donor database
-Manage the creation of the production playbill
-Assist in design and layout of Marketing materials
-Support overall Marketing department needs
-Supervise Box Office Manager and oversee all Box Office operations
-Support the company in audience services and company management

Requirements:

-2-4 years experience in theatrical marketing a must. Box office experience a plus.
-Candidate must be organized, creative, detail-oriented, deadline driven, have excellent written and interpersonal communications skills and the ability to multitask.
-Extensive knowledge of social networking platforms
-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Photoshop and InDesign experience a plus

Competitive salary based on experience, health benefits and vacation package after three months.
