Broadway Grosses* w/e 5/14/2017 – It’s Crunch Time.
Looks like our rainy weekend couldn’t keep us from going to the theatre, (myself included). We’re still riding that high from award announcements as everyone tries to get in and see the shows before the winners are announced. Almost every show was up from last week, with an overall boost of 3.03%. We’re also up almost 29% from last year, even though we have the same amount of shows running (36).
Now is one of the best times to go see shows, because the houses are jam-packed with industry people trying to catch every show before their Tony votes are due.
Take my advice and buy yourself a ticket or two. You never know who you might see 😉
And after you do, take a moment to fill out The Producer’s Perspective Tony Pool for a chance to win $500 in tickets! Click here to guess at this year’s winners. If you need a list of all the nominees, click here.
